Usage Terms

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing an order.

• Unauthorized use or duplication of any material on the Platform is strictly prohibited.

• You shall not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities using the Platform.

• Any charges for services or products shall be paid by you as per the prevailing rates.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders that appear fraudulent or violate any policies.

• The Platform may contain external links; we are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party websites.

Product Availability & Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped within 3 working days of order confirmation.

• Deliveries are made across India through registered courier services or India Post.

• Delivery time may vary between 3–8 working days, depending on the location.

• Customers will receive shipping confirmation via email with tracking details.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or other external factors.

• GST invoices are provided with every order.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online Payments via PayU Payment Gateway

• Cash on Delivery (COD) available on eligible orders.

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our support.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• If the order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are not accepted, except in cases where you have received a wrong product.

• If a wrong product is received, we will dispatch the correct item at no extra cost.

• We do not accept returns or refunds for damages caused during shipping or after delivery.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the wrong item with a photo and order details.

• Shipping costs for returning any incorrect item will be borne by Ayur Arogya Wellness.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayur Arogya Wellness, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, internet outages, courier delays, or government regulations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore, Karnataka.
